Yoga is the union of the mind, body, and soul leading towards self-realization. Yoga is a science and a practice that has evolved over thousands of years to deal with physical, mental/emotional, moral and spiritual development.  The physical postures, combined with the use of controlled breathing, creates optimal physical health and emotional well-being.

Wednesday       12:00-1:00   Ashtanga Vinyasa (Open Level)

Friday                 9:30-11:00 Ashtanga Train (experience suggested)

 

Classes are of the vinyasa style, which means they move and flow.  They are based in the Ashtanga Tradition.  All are welcome to join, with a humble heart and adventurous spirit.  Namaste.

Suggestion:  Bring towel as practice can be sweaty.  Also, allow minimum of 2 hours digestion before engaging in yoga practice.
