Classes are of the vinyasa style, which means they move and flow.  All are welcome to join, with a humble heart and adventurous spirit.  Namaste.

Suggestion:  Bring towel as practice can be sweaty.  Also, allow minimum of 2 hours digestion before engaging in yoga practice.
