Tanya Zayhowski-Rigney
Tanya's sessions are based in massage, but are uniquely tailored to the individual per session. She brings to the session all of the modalities she has studied such as: medical massage, sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, shiatsu/acupressure, yoga pranyama, marma point massage and various energy healing methods.
Her passion to assist people on their healing journey and her intuitive gifts flow right through her hands.

Melissa
Lea Enslin
Melissa specializes in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, injury management, as well as Reiki, Level I. Her understanding and knowledge in reading the body is enhanced by the sensitivity of her hands. Melissa's hearing loss from birth has made Melissa's hands more responsive to the body's messages. Her cochlear implant has improved her hearing tremendously.
Melissa obtained a Bachelor's degree of Science in Health Science. Her emphasis was in physical therapy and worked as assistant in this field for three years. M elissa completed massage therapy training at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Colonie , New York in 2002. .
In addition, Melissa also uses her hands to create beautiful, functional pottery which can be purchased at “The Broken Mold” Studio in downtown Troy NY .
Suzannah
Lynn
Suzannah is a June 2009 graduate from Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. Completed 1,020 hrs of massage therapy both theoretical and practical. She specializes in Swedish and therapeutic massage. Her touch is unique for every client, as everyone has different needs, and enjoys helping mind and body come closer together.
